A BOX INCLUDES: One stainless steel spaetzle maker
WHAT IS SPAETZLE? Spaetzle is a traditional German and Austrian egg noodle made from a soft batter of flour, eggs, and milk or water. The dough is pushed through a colander or perforated plate directly into boiling water, forming small, tender noodles with rustic, irregular shapes.
PERFORATED PLATE: Stainless steel plate features evenly spaced holes that form noodle shapes as the batter drops straight into the pot.
DOUGH CHAMBER: Smooth-glide top chamber holds the batter or dough for better control. As it slides across the perforated plate, small pieces of pasta press through the holes and fall into the pot of boiling water.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash recommended
